Q Customized Bridal Saree Vs. Readymade Bridal Saree

Many brides want their bridal sarees to be customized as per their choice and budget. In this case, it involves a designer and a tailor who will design the saree as outlined by the bride but it also involves the hassle of running to tailors and the risk of a substandard stitching and design which every bride dreads!

Readymade bridal sarees have a variety of designs and styles which can spoil you for choices and at the same meet your requirements. It is a great option if you don’t have much time left until your wedding day. Readymade bridal sarees online offer a multitude of designs, styles, and fabrics to find your favorite from!

While all these factors help to select a bridal saree, the final selection of the saree lies ultimately with the bride who should be happy and comfortable with her choice.

Q Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and should have the original label. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Any special order
- Any item resized to fit your body size
- Any item that was altered for your order
- Gift cards

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Partials are deemed appropriate under our sole discretion. We also have the sole right to determine the percentage of amount of the original purchase that will be refunded for such items. Following are the type of scenarios where partial-refunds are granted:

- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Any item that was purchased during a sale event or with a discount
- Any item with no visible damage or no identifiable defect (we reserve the sole right of inspecting and determining if the item is defective or damaged; please send us clear picture of the defect or damage before sending the item back)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
